Mae Dizon Perez, a native of Pampanga, graduated as salutatorian from St. Scholastica’s Academy in San Fernando. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of the Philippines in 1979, with aspirations of becoming a doctor. However, an immigration petition brought her to the U.S., where she worked at the University of California, San Francisco, for 13 years.

Mae is a licensed realtor since 1992. She has been a top-producing realtor specializing in residential properties, helping hundreds of first-time homebuyers and sellers maximize their investments. Mae is also experienced in distressed property sales, served as a HUD-approved housing counselor and assisted homeowners with loan modifications and short sales.

Mae has served five terms as President of the Filipino-American Real Estate Professionals Association San Francisco Bay Area and is an active member of the San Mateo County, California, and National Associations of REALTORS. Known for her strong work ethics, personalized service, and dedication, she continues to advocate for clients and the real estate community in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mae is proudly “Your Realtor-Friend for Life." She serves as the incumbent Membership Chairman for the UP Alumni Association of San Francisco.
