Minette Alexandra Sy Chan is a lifelong learning and longevity expert dedicated to empowering people through education, technology, and inclusive workplace practices. She currently serves as a Longevity Ambassador at Stanford University's Center on Longevity, promoting age-diverse workplace strategies. Previously, she was Dean of Product College at Visa University and has supported innovation through various Silicon Valley startups and venture capital work.
Minette has received numerous industry recognitions, including Innovation Awardee from Chief Learning Officer magazine, Top 40 Under 40 from Training magazine, and multiple Excellence in Learning awards from Brandon Hall and the Association of Talent Development. She is deeply committed to community service as a founding board member of CENG, championing equity and technology access in education, and as a Tzu Chi Foundation volunteer in disaster relief efforts. She also serves her local church, where she founded a children's Vacation Bible School program in 2012.
She holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines, an MA in Learning Design and Technology from Stanford University, and an EdD in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed her dissertation on Longevity in the Workplace with double distinction.
